Our client is an online brand that sells attire ranging from comfortable PJs’ to slipper socks.

The problem identified

The web interface of our client’s website couldn’t match up to the traffic the website attracts. As a result, conversions were lower than expected.

The solution prescribed

We analyzed the navigation patterns and identified that customers spent very less time per product page. We implemented a 360-degree viewer module which gave a holistic view of every product on the website. In addition to that, we included a One Page Checkout Module to remove the hassles for the buyer during checkout process.
