They joined hands with Innoppl to develop a clinical diagnosis and triage platform that could cost effectively address health concerns and prevent unnecessary visits.

The Major Bottlenecks The Client Faced:

The client wanted to build a healthcare app that could enable patients to diagnose and manage their health problems and pre-existing conditions better.
It had to be compliant with HIPAA regulations and GDPR standards.
The application had to securely interface with the health education library of Centers for Disease Control & the National Library of Medicine.
As sensitive patient health information was stored access had to be strictly authenticated.
A simple and easily navigable interface had to be provided as the digital health solution had to serve medically vulnerable populations such as the elderly and low-income families.

Our app development team closely coordinated with the healthcare company to come up with a digital solution that followed proprietary clinical algorithms developed by doctors to arrive at accurate clinical diagnosis and health advice. We built a fully customizable interface to enable healthcare professionals to effortlessly review population health data.

All important user touchpoints were simplified and streamlined to help patients access data easily.
