Liberate Health® mobile health app is a revolutionary product designed by clinicians to help their fellow clinicians. It’s a unique product that combines illustrative medical messages, infographic images, along with the option to record the verbal conversation with the patient to generate a custom report dedicated to a specific patient. These reports can be added to patient’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) and also shared with the patients through email for their future references. Our key contribution consisted of a seamless upgrade from IOS 6 to iOS8, ensuring HIPAA compliance, complete overhaul of codes and update on mobile libraries, the addition of custom analytic tracking option and a designated app for the iOS Tablet.
